By accessing or using BizCalc ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site. Use of Calculators

BizCalc provides free, browser-based financial calculators for informational and educational purposes only. All calculations run entirely in your browser — no data is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

You may use these calculators freely for personal and commercial planning purposes, subject to the following:

• Results are estimates only. They are based on the inputs you provide and standard financial formulas. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Site, which is zero, as BizCalc is free to use.

BizCalc includes links to third-party products and services, including QuickBooks, Gusto, Kabbage, OnDeck, and Shopify. You may embed individual calculators on your own website or blog using the embed code provided by the Site, provided you retain the "Powered by BizCalc" attribution link included in the embed code.
